Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone players are about to receive one of the biggest seasonal updates yet as Season 5 premieres on July 23.
With today’s roadmap reveal, Activision detailed everything coming to multiplayer, Zombies, Warzone, including new maps, guns, weapons, and Battle Pass rewards.
New Multiplayer Maps and Modes
Season 5 debuts three maps right at launch, with two more joining mid-season.

Ranked Play will make a return this season with an all-new set of rewards.
Black Ops 7 Zombies
Zombies has a lot in store for players this season. Content includes:
- New Survival Map: Eidskallen Lighthouse
- Kowakujō Directed Mode
- Three Rogue Run: Astra Malorum playlists
- An all-new round-based finale map coming mid-season
- Widow’s Wine Perk
- New GobbleGum
- Two Legacy Weapons
Warzone: Drone Labs Arrives In Verdansk
The map of Verdansk gets bigger with a new point of interest named Drone Labs. Players will find Drone Labs east of TV Station and south of Quarry.

- Quickdrop Kit (Mid-Season)
- Ranked Play: Resurgence
Four New Weapons
Weapon unlocks include four new guns throughout Season 5:
- FG42 Assault Rifle (Battle Pass)
- Gremlin SMG (Battle Pass)
- Mammoth LMG (Events & Weekly Challenges)
- Mace Melee Weapon (Events & Weekly Challenges)
Battle Pass & BlackCell
This season’s Battle Pass is led by Spectre, granting players new skins for Operators, weapon blueprints, cosmetics, and more. BlackCell subscribers will unlock exclusive rewards:
- Cipher Operator
- Mastercraft Weapon Blueprint
- Extra cosmetic variants
