Battle Royale will be a separate game mode included in Battlefield 6's multiplayer hub. Just like Call of Duty: Warzone 2, players will be able to download the game mode separately. The Battle Royale mode will be completely free to play for all players.
Battlefield 6's Battle Royale is set to be a grittier take on the genre. From recent gameplay details of the Battlefield Labs testing of the game mode, it was revealed that the circle system in the battle royale mode will instantly kill players. Simply touching the approaching ring will end up eliminating players, making the game mode a lot more action-packed.
Just like other BR titles, the game mode will feature vehicles, a robust looting system, a reboot feature, and a large map. Moreover, the class system also makes its way into the BR mode, allowing players to create their own squadplay dynamic.
