EA and DICE are approaching the launch of their eighteenth Battlefield title, Battlefield 6. The new large-scale shooter title is bringing back the essence of classic Battlefield titles in a modern shell.
Battlefield 6 will feature various new game mechanics and changes alongside their classic formula. EA has scaled up destruction mechanics, included new vehicles and weapons, and made some important movement changes to reverse the complaints players had with Battlefield 2042.
Players had the chance to test out the game on their own during the beta weekends back in August. If you were left wanting more Battlefield goodness, then here's when Battlefield 6 will become available across all platforms worldwide.
Battlefield 6 Official Release Date and Times
Battlefield 6 will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X from October 10, 2025. Here are the release times for the game across different time zones:
- USA: 11AM EST
- UK: 4PM BST
- Central Europe: 5 PM CEST
- Coordinated Universal Time: 3 PM UTC
- India: 11:30 PM IST
- Japan: 3:00 AM JST (October 11)
- Australia: 5:00 AM AEDT (October 11)
On release day EA has announced that Battlefield 6 will feature 4K graphics with an uncapped frame rate on PC. Moreover, there will be more than 600 customisation options on PC, making the experience more streamlined.
When Battlefield 6 launches, EA Play Pro members will have access to the Phantom Edition, which is packed with extra content such as a token for Battlefield Pro, Season 1 Battle Pass, 25 Battle Pass tier skips, exclusive cosmetics, XP tokens, and the Tombstone Pack featuring a soldier skin and a Tombstone XP boost set.
Moreover, with the recent Battlefield Labs testing of the Battle Royale mode, EA is hinting at the release of the game mode alongside Battlefield 6's campaign and multiplayer on October 10, 2025.
