Apex Legends consistently introduces fresh events throughout its seasons to keep the game engaging for players. These events offer a variety of new features, including skins, limited-time game modes, and balance adjustments.
During Season 16, Apex Legends saw a significant increase in the number of Collection Events introduced. This focus on Collection Events was intended to attract more new players to the game. However, Season 17 is expected to have fewer Collection Events compared to its predecessor.
Instead, Respawn Entertainment has opted to introduce regular events and store sales as part of Season 17's content strategy. Two of these events, namely Threat Level and Fallen Angel, have already been released, featuring new skins for players to enjoy.
Upcoming in the first week of July is the anticipated store event of Season 17 in Apex Legends, known as Fluorescent Frenzy. Recent leaks suggest that this store event will revolve around a summer sale theme. Unlike previous sales, this event will introduce brand-new and unique skins instead of simple recolors.
Fluorescent Frenzy Store will showcase three Legend skins: Wraith, Bangalore, and Octane. Excitingly, these skins will be bundled with Apex packs and Legendary weapon skins.
As per tradition, Apex Legends will once again host a summer store sale in 2023 called Fluorescent Frenzy, offering a wide range of both new and returning skins for players to enjoy.
