Aliens: Fireteam Elite's second Season brings a brand new game mode as an alternative to the Horde Mode. The new mode also comes with new free items. The Endeavor pass is also now available.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite's Season two is now available for all players, announced Focus Entertainment. The "all players" portion of the announcement refers to those who own Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC (game available via Steam). Season two includes free items and a new Horde mode alternative in the form of Point Defense.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite's new Point Defense mode will put the players in some life-threatening situations where they will need to protect, repair and then hold three strategic points during multiple attack waves, courtesy of the Xenomorph hive. There will be some temporary consumables on offer to even the odds by utilizing Fabrication Points earned during battle. Players can unlock up to 20 new rewards by completing the mode at various difficulties.
