Fast traveling is a crucial feature in Stellar Blade, significantly aiding players in both exploration and completing missions. Although Stellar Blade isn't an open-world game, it offers ample opportunities for exploration, making fast travel a valuable tool for efficiency.
However, it's important to note that fast travel in Stellar Blade comes with certain restrictions, preventing players from freely teleporting to any location on the map, even in New Game Plus (NG+).
With that said, here's a guide on how to utilize fast travel in Stellar Blade effectively.
How to Fast Travel
- Interact with Waypoints: Approach a Waypoint in the game world, which resembles a telephone booth with the word "Phone" on top.
- Select Destination: Access the map interface and choose the desired destination Waypoint you wish to travel to.
- Confirm Choice: Once you've selected your destination, confirm your choice to initiate fast travel.
- Teleportation: You will be seamlessly teleported to the chosen Waypoint location, ready to continue your journey.
Stellar Blade Waypoints Explained
Waypoints are scattered throughout the game world and must be discovered to become accessible for fast travel. They appear automatically on your map once discovered. Waypoints are represented by telephone booths with the word "Phone" displayed on top.
Simply passing by a Waypoint in the game world automatically unlocks it for fast travel, eliminating the need for manual unlocking. Fast traveling via Waypoints in Stellar Blade does not require any currency, allowing you to utilize this convenient mechanic freely.
