Even though regular games' collectables are pretty straightforward, every now and then players will come across puzzles that will require some brain effort.
One such puzzle is the one you will come across during the Pilgrim's Sanctuary main quest, when the game will lead you to the area called the Crypt of Uhrma. Inside the crypt, you will find a hefty door with eight push/pull switches, and your job will be to find which switch must be in and which must be out.

Crypt of Uhrma door puzzle solution
Once you're inside the crypt, you will notice a big door with some sarcophagi hanging from each side. The solution to the door puzzle is actually pretty easy if you know where to look. To find the combination, return to Blustery Mesa, just a couple of meters up the stairs from where you enter the crypt.
Take the elevator, located in the middle of the room, and go up. Once you are topside, continue several meters forward, and you will hear Cal say something about the rocks that look familiar. Memorize the shape of the rocks; that will be the door combination. If you didn't memorize yourself, check the image below for the rock combination.

Now return to the door again using the elevator, and using the Force, set the right combination for the door. The right combination is:
The first row (out, in, in, out);
The second row (in, out, out, in).
