In your quest to beat Star Wars Jedi: Survivor , you will most definitely come across so-called legendary enemies, which will count as some sort of boss fights. Those enemies will be much more difficult to beat than the usual enemies, and as the final reward for beating them all, you will receive the "I'm a Living Legend" trophy/achievement.
As you progress through the story, you will come across many of them, and the rest you will most certainly find as you explore the world in a search for collectables and other side content.
One of them, however, will be better hidden than the others, and if, after you've beaten the game, you are still missing one, it is most certainly Beetu Deetu, the legendary droid located near the Southern Reach meditation point. How to find the last legendary enemy in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Beetu Deetu can actually be easily found; the only problem is that in this region, you will not find any other collectables, and since this legendary enemy spawns after you beat the main story, there is a huge possibility that you will never visit this area.
Fast travel to the Southern Reach meditation point and go uphill, and as soon as you reach the next area, you will notice an aircraft dropping the capsule and the droid leaving it.

Beetu Deetu is not a difficult foe to fight as long as you use fast attacks against it, so the best strategy to beat it is to use the dual-blade lightsaber stance and mash the light attack as fast as you can. Even on the hardest difficulty, you will easily overcome this legendary enemy.
If Beetu Deetu was the legendary enemy you were missing, then after beating it, the "I'm a Living Legend" trophy will pop up.
