How to unlock Ford's cache in Ward 13
The initial clue you must be aware of is that the chest belongs to Ford, so recall what Ford gave you during your first conversation. The answer lies in the flashlight he provided. Now, access your inventory and closely examine the flashlight within it.
The bottom of the flashlight bears the engraved code "0415." Inputting this code into the lockpad will successfully unlock the chest, revealing a key within it. By doing so, you will have accomplished the first part of this treasure hunt.
Once you've retrieved the key, proceed downstairs to the World Stone and veer left towards the stacked containers. Within one of the containers, you'll discover a door that can be unlocked using the key you just obtained.
Inside the unlocked room, you'll discover a new handgun called MP60-R, an excellent weapon with an impressive fire rate. Peering through the window, you'll catch a glimpse of another weapon in the adjacent room. However, at this moment, you won't be able to obtain it just yet.
