In Remnant 2, you will encounter one of the most challenging puzzles, if not the hardest, within a dungeon known as The Lament. To advance further through the dungeon, you must successfully decipher and solve the intricate dial puzzle.

How to solve dial puzzle inside The Lament dungeon
Before delving into the puzzle-solving process, it's crucial to understand that Remnant 2 is a game that loves to blend worlds, resulting in a dynamic map design. As a result, there is no fixed solution to this puzzle, as each player's map may vary.
Hence, we won't provide you with the exact solution to the puzzle, but we will guide you to reach it. Following a brief section that involves navigating a mini-labyrinth and activating a lever, you will gain access to a crypt filled with tombs. Upon dealing with numerous enemies, you will find the dial puzzle situated on the second floor of this crypt.
The key to cracking this puzzle lies in a book discovered either in or around the crypt. Usually, it can be found on the lower levels near a skeleton, though its location may vary for each player. While the book contains intriguing stories, they won't aid you in solving the puzzle. Instead, focus on the symbol printed on the first page, which is unique to your game. Remember or capture a picture of this symbol, as well as noting the colour it's written in, as it will prove vital in differentiating between the symbols.
Examine the tombs on both the first and second floors, and you'll observe that each tomb is adorned with sheets containing symbols. Locate four sheets that match the colour and shape of the symbol from your book, and take note of the symbols written on the stone located above the tomb. These symbols will be significant for the puzzle-solving process.

Be sure to remember or jot down the symbols from the tombstones and input them into the dial. The order in which you enter them doesn't matter, as long as the symbols are accurate. Once you've done so, the door will unlock, granting you passage to continue your exploration of the dungeon.
