In Remnant 2, the newest Souls-like shooter by Gunfire Games, relics serve as a means to heal your character. Right from the start of the game, you'll acquire the Dragon's Heart, the primary relic used for healing.
Additionally, every time you reset the checkpoint, three relics will be added to your inventory, but no more than that.
If you've been wondering how to expand your relic inventory in Remnant 2, this guide aims to address that question and provide you with the necessary information.
How to expand the relic inventory
To augment your relic inventory, one approach is to locate the Tear of Kaeula ring within Kaeula's Rest dungeon. Nevertheless, it's important to note that equipping this ring will only provide a temporary boost to your relic inventory while you wear it. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that using this method won't trigger the trophy/achievement for increasing your inventory.
To permanently increase your relic inventory, you must fulfil two prerequisites: first, you need to locate a vendor who can assist you with the enhancement, and second, you must find the specific material required for the upgrade.
To access the services of a vendor who can assist with increasing your relic inventory, seek out Wallace. If you're unsure of Wallace's location, head towards the tall crane across from the World Stone in Ward 13. As for the required material, you'll need a special substance called Simulacrum, which can be found during your explorations of the various worlds. Keep in mind that the locations of Simulacrum in Remnant 2 are entirely random, as the worlds are procedurally generated.
Whenever you come across a Simulacrum during your adventures, be sure to return to Ward 13 and ensure you have some scraps with you. These scraps will be required to facilitate the relic inventory upgrade. Upon successfully upgrading your inventory for the first time, you'll unlock the "Make Some Room" trophy/achievement.
