Pocket Pair has finally released Palworld 1.0, marking the game's official release after a 2-year early access period. Following the lawsuit victory over Nintendo, Palworld has risen to the top of Steam charts with the full release.
Palworld 1.0's max level cap is 80, which unlocks different parts of the technology tree. However, to unlock these technologies, you'll need technology points. As you reach max level, your biggest challenge will end up being the lack of technology points.
If you're struggling to farm technology points in Palworld 1.0, here's how you can constantly keep them in stock to complete the full technology tree.
How to Farm Technology Points in Palworld 1.0
The first and the most basic method of getting technology points is by unlocking fast travel points on the map. You will get 1 technology point for every fast travel point you unlock.
However, to unlock everything in the tree, you will need 1143 technology points. There are not enough technology points you can unlock through the fast travel unlocking method.
In my playthrough, I have managed to round up two viable options for unlocking technology points. Let's start with the straightforward but grind-heavy method.
If you're familiar with the bounties in the game, you are aware that they drop bounty tokens once taken out. You can then use the bounty tokens to buy different items from the bounty merchant in the Small Settlement POI.
From the bounty dealer, you can buy Advanced Technical manuals for 5 bounty tokens each. You will get 1 technology point from that manual. So, every time you start playing, get on your fastest flying mount and farm the bounties until you accumulate enough, then take it to the dealer to farm technology points.
If you want to avoid the grindy method, you can lean towards the easy and AFK method, where you have to breed Lyleen. After breeding enough Lyleens, put them through the Pal Disassembly Conveyor, and you will end up with enough Advanced Technical manuals for the technology points.
