To complete the daunting side mission offered by Hank, the ghost hunter in Oxenfree II: Lost Signals, we have prepared a comprehensive step-by-step guide to help you navigate through it effortlessly.

In Oxenfree II: Lost Signals, the latest horror adventure developed by Night School Studio, alongside the main storyline, you will also have the chance to undertake four distinct side missions. Each of these side missions offers a unique experience and rewards you with a separate trophy upon completion.

One of the most challenging side missions in Oxenfree II: Lost Signals is the ghost hunter Hank's task, which involves capturing a picture of a living person from the past using his EMF devices.

If you encounter difficulties with this mission, we have a solution to guide you through it successfully.

How to unlock the "I've Had Weirder Jobs" trophy

Once you establish contact with Hank over the radio and add him to the fourth channel of your walkie-talkie, he will present you with an opportunity to complete a task on his behalf. If you accept the task, leave the post office and make your way towards the tear. If the tear hasn't been activated yet, you can use your radio to do so.

Proceed towards the first EMF device situated adjacent to the tear and adjust its value to nine. Confirm your selection by pressing the cross button. Next, ascend the ladder positioned to the left of the prominent building and follow the cable to locate the second EMF device. On the second EMF, set the value to three, resulting in the year you are currently visiting being set as 1930.

Upon entering the tear, you will encounter a man seated in front of the building. Approach him and instruct Jacob to capture a photograph of him. Following this, contact Hank through the walkie-talkie to inform him that the task has been successfully completed.

Having completed the initial portion of the task, Hank will request that you retrieve a physical object that once belonged to a spirit. If you already obtained the shoe during the Horseshoe Beach mission, you're in luck. However, if you haven't, make your way back to Horseshoe Beach and enter the cave situated behind the rock you moved as part of the three-item puzzle.

At the cave's end, you will find a shoe that you can collect and subsequently return to the post office, placing it inside the lockbox. Once this is accomplished, Hank will contact you, and the corresponding trophy will be unlocked.
