In the treacherous world of Lords of the Fallen, overcoming formidable foes and conquering challenging bosses is a rite of passage for any dedicated player. One such adversary you might encounter on your virtual quest is the Hushed Saint.
Known for their swift manoeuvres and formidable attacks, crafted by no other than CI Games, defeating this opponent requires a strategic approach and a keen understanding of their tactics. This guide is here to help you navigate the battle against the Hushed Saint and emerge victorious.
How to beat the Hushed Saint
- Thanks to their horse, the Hushed Saint is very agile and mobile so we recommend holding back with your attacks until they are off it or simply use the umbral parasites to knock the boss off the horse. Watch the movement on the water to position yourself properly.
- Summon Pieta at the start. She has the highest damage sustainability and will be very useful as a distraction.
- When the Hushed Saint is on their horse, they will have three attacks - Spear throw, charge attack and fast dash attack. The best way to avoid these is to use dodge.
- Let Pieta take the hits and try to hit from behind since the shield will block the most straightforward attacks.
- We don't recommend blocking or parrying instead dodging, as most perries have a high chance of not being timed right
- Coat your weapon with radiance; the Hushed Saint has a very low tolerance for it.
- This is a single-phase boss but in the second part of the battle Hushed Saint will be very aggressive. Try to use his magic wave move to your advantage by staying close to him and dodging in his direction so you can start hitting him as soon as you dodge the wave.
