With the release of patch 11.1, the new League of Legends season 11 has officially started. The patch brought a couple of interesting changes that will affect the current meta.
League of Legends patch 11.1 is live now and we have a couple of changes that will impact the game's meta. That's why we've prepared a list of champions you should play in the new season.
- S TIER:
- Darius
- Wukong
- Pantheon
- Malphite
Even though both Pantheon and Malphite got nerfed this patch, the changes aren't significant enough to push them out of the S tier. Darius is still the most obnoxious lane bully in the game who relies on creating early game advantages.
- A TIER:
- Aatrox
- Camille
- Shen
- Maokai
- Poppy
- Irelia
- Fiora
- Gnar
Gnar has seen some major buffs to his mega form where three of his abilities got tuned up. Opponents will now have to be even more careful when Gnar's rage bar goes red. That's why we have decided to put him in the A tier for the start of the season.
- B TIER:
- Ornn
- Volibear
- Teemo
- Quinn
- Vayne
- Jax
- Garen
- Sion
- Urgot
- Renekton
- Kayle
- Nasus
Due to the recent nerfs, Kayle has dropped a couple of positions in our tier list, as well as in the overall top lane win rate charts. However, she's one of if not the strongest late game champions at the moment, and if she's faced with a relatively easy laning phase, Kayle can take over the game.
- C TIER:
- Riven
- Singed
- Rengar
- Heimerdinger
- Sett
- Cho'Gath
- Illaoi
- Jayce
- Yorick
- Sylas
- Warwick
- Dr. Mundo
- Gangplank
- Ryze
Ryze's Overload (Q) got a slight mana reduction buff which will allow him to spam this ability more often and take further advantage of his range and lane control.
- D TIER:
- Rumble
- Vladimir
- Zac
- Ryze
- Tahm Kench
- Yasuo
- Yone
