League of Legends patch 10.22 top lane champion tier list

Patch 10.22 is out and there are some interesting changes to the top lane. That's why we have  prepared a list of champions you should play or avoid on the top lane island.

Darius is the strongest top lane champion right now because his lane presence is simply too much to handle for most top laners at the moment. However, if you don't get a decent lead early on, he could fall off as the game prolongs.
