Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is almost approaching its end. After the end of Avatar: The Last Airbender crossover event, Epic Games is returning back to the original storyline by adding back new questlines.
Following previous seasons, players are going to receiving a new end of season story questline called the Cerebrus's Snapshot. The questline takes players through every new in-game addition of the current season. If you're getting started with the new season, here's a complete guide to the Cerebrus's Snapshot Questline.
Cerebrus's Snapshot Story Quests
There are nine stages in the Cerebrus's Snapshot Questline which have been added as a part of the new Greek Mythology storyline of Chapter 5 Season 2. By completing these quests players are awarded with in-game XP which unlocks battle pass stars with each level up milestone.
Here are all Cerebrus's Snapshot Quests and how to complete them:
- Stage 1- Use a Scrying Pool to speak with Cerberus. Here's how to find the four Scrying Pools -
- Scrying Pool 1 - Located at Mount Olympus to the right of Zeus' Throne Room.
- Scrying Pool 2 - Located North of the Water Bed at Reclaimed Villa.
- Scrying Pool 3 - Located on the hill just South of Estate Station.
- Scrying Pool 4 - Located at the far West of The Underworld.
- Stage 2 - Eliminate anything to see if they took the Artifact (20 kills)
- Stage 3- Find the Artifact by visiting three separate locations on the map:
- "Did I leave it under the windmill with a view of the Styx?..." - The Other Windmill POI
- "Maybe on a grassy island in the center of everything?..." - Go to the smallest Island near the lake at Restored Reels
- "I left it near the snow, where people bury yummy bones too..." - The Cemetery
- Stage 4 - "Defeat Ares and Zeus! They took the Artifact!" - Defeat Ares and Zeus by challenging them to a duel at their arena.
- Stage 5 - Use a Scrying Pool to speak with Hades. Visit any of the four scrying pool locations.
- Stage 6 - Defeat Cerberus at Grim Gate POI to gain his tracking abilities (medallion)
- Stage 7 - Follow the scent of the artifact using the medallion and collect the Artifact
- Stage 8 - Return the Artifact collected from Pleasant Piazza to Cerberus's dog house at the top of Grim Gate POI
- Stage 9 - Use any one of the four Scrying Pools to speak with The Oracle to finish the questline
By completing each stage of the Ceberus's Snapshot quest players can earn 10,000 XP for each stage that unlocks battle pass stars which can help them fully complete the current battle pass.
