Fortnite and Rocket League's collaboration became official with the introduction of Rocket Racing in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. The racing game mode has since then become one of the staple standalone game modes in Fortnite.
Rocket Racing launched with a few tracks created by Rocket League developers Psyonix, who promised to add more tracks to the game mode with each season. Moving forward to Chapter 5 Season 2, Rocket Racing is getting its new set of racing tracks with the new season called Neon Rush. Here's a look at all the new tracks in Rocket Racing, and how you can unlock them.
How to unlock all new Rocket Racing tracks in Fortnite
The new Rocket Racing Neon Rush season will introduce five new tracks for players to play on Casual and Ranked mode. These tracks are made by Epic Games and Psyonix, and here's how you can unlock them:
1. Delirium
Delirium is a upside down western neon city racing track made for expert Rocket Racing players. The track is full of traps to take players during a race. The map will become a concurrent challenge for most Rocket Racing enthusiasts. You can unlock Delirium by reaching Diamond I rank in Rocket Racing.
2. Conduit
Conduit is a track located the outskirts of a neon city. The track is a haven for expert drifting enthusiasts. Filled with sharp turns, the track unlocks at Platinum I rank in Rocket Racing, and expert skills are required to navigate the course of Conduit's neon-lit environment.
3. Slap Happy
Slap Happy takes players to a cosy town out of the neon-filled city tracks in Neon Rush. Although the track unlocks at Gold I rank in Rocket Racing, the map is very beginner-friendly. However, compared to the other maps coming in with the same content drop, Slap Happy is quite underwhelming due to lack of obstacles, which make racing a challenge.
4. Tri-City
Tri-city takes players to a bustling motorway filled with tonnes of lane changes. The track unlocks at Silver I rank in Rocket Racing, and is rated for novice players. However, expert Rocket Racing players will find this map intriguing considering the newly added challenge of lane changes.
5. Jackrabbit
Jackrabbit takes a different approach to racing by implementing wide-open racing opportunities. The track unlocks at Bronze I rank in Rocket Racing. Jackrabbit is the embodiment of the Neon Rush season, as it opens the gateway to a new racing experience for Rocket Racing players.
The new Rocket Racing tracks are available in Fortnite. These maps can be played in both Casual and Ranked Mode in Rocket Racing.
