The stats of his Flashback card are almost on the Icon level, but this card will not be so cheap to complete, as you'll have to spend around 150k-170k in total, depending on which platform you are playing on.
With stats like these, this card would be a good box-to-box CM for your squad, but medium/medium work rates could be better.
