Battlestate Games have made the Therapist the easiest NPC to work with but also the most important NPC in Escape from Tarkov. They are one of the few NPCs whose quests have more than one part and whose quests take more than one run to complete.
The second part of the Colleagues quest starts after all bodies have been examined, you have extracted and spoken to the Therapist and now you have made your way back to the Shoreline.
How to complete Therapist's Colleagues task part 2
After you have completed the first part of the Therapist's Colleagues quest, it is time to head back to Shoreline for the second part. The second part of the quest requires you to locate, pick up, and extract a few objects.
The objects in question are Sanitar's ophthalmoscope and Sanitar's surgery kit, marked with a blue symbol. You don't have to extract them both at the same time; it can be done separately. But they do need to be extracted in order to be obtained.
One of the objects is located in the locked cottage on the west part of the map. The cottage requires a key that can be purchased at the flea market so make sure you load into the map with it (The key is relatively expensive).
Once you are in the cottage, make your way up the stairs and go to the left through the opened door. There will be a table in the corner, and your first item will be on the table.
The next location you need to go to is the office building on the pier. Make your way into the building and go to the back left corner, where the stairs are located. Once you climb up the stairs, there will be a wardrobe on the left, and the item will be located on the wardrobe.
The only thing left to do is extract and speak to the Therapist, and they will reward you with 13,200 EXP, 60k Roubles, and +0.12 rep.
