The Therapist is an NPC in Escape from Tarkov that you can interact and talk with right away without having any certain requirements. They are in charge of your health and providing you with meds and food.
Battlestate Games have given all of the NPCs in Tarkov a purpose by not only making them valuable to you but also by giving them their own quests you can comlete.
How to complete Therapist's Colleagues task part 1
Part one of Colleagues starts up on the Shoreline map. The quest requires you to locate three areas where there are bodies on the ground. These bodies will be covered with a blood-stained tarp, so they won't be hard to miss.
You won't need to do anything with the bodies, nor will you have to do anything at these locations. All you will have to do is walk up to the bodies and look at them, and this will register as progression for the task.
It is also worth mentioning that this quest can be done along with other quests (such as Prapor's Anesthesia quest).
The three locations that you are supposed to go to are the Resort building at the very center of the map. Once you are there, make your way toward the parked helicopter that is located in the front. Behind it is a body.
Next, you want to make your way to the west side of the map, toward the cottages. Once you are inside the area where the cottages are located, walk along the red wall, and eventually you will come across the bodies (they are located right next to the ambulance car).
For the final location, you want to go south to the pier and into the office building yard. At the very entrance, there will be a body next to a bench.
Lastly, once you have visited all three locations, you must safely extract and go speak to the Therapist for part 2.
