All Walls Must Fall is leaving Early Access next week

All Walls Must Fall is a self-described ''Tech-noir tactics game'' in development by indie studio inbetweengames and currently in Early Access on Steam. That is going to change on 23 February 2018.

Monster Hunter: World for the Switch

Capcom's latest hit, Monster Hunter: World is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a PC version coming later this year. Capcom president Haruhiro Tsujimoto said that they are aware of the request to bring the game over to the Switch but the odds of that happening are slim to none.

Capcom will be handing out free copies of Devil May Cry to Twitch Prime subscribers. You'll download the game via the Twitch desktop app. The Devil May Cry HD Collection will launch on March 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Horizon Zero Dawn wins a WGA award

Horizon Zero Dawn took home the Writers Guild of America award for its writing. John Gonzalez, Horizon Zero Dawn's narrative director accepted the award on behalf of Guerilla Games along with lead writer Benjamin McCaw. Monster Hunter World's next Horizon-themed Event Quest will go live at the end of February.

With the world plus dog clamoring against addition of loot boxes to games, Sea of Thieves devs broke the news that they plan on doing the same. The devs are dead set on making the game as enjoyable as possible, without introducing randomized item drops.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance's day one patch

Warhorse Studios' action RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance will have a day-one patch. The patch is meant to improve the game's overarching mechanics. Even though the update is more than 20 GB in size, it will not inflate the game's size on your hard drive, but rather replace the previously downloaded build files.

Kingdom Hearts 3 adds Monsters Inc.

Square Enix' Kingdom Hearts 3 will visit the world of Monsters Inc. and Tangled. Sora, Goofy and Donald end up transformed into monsters. Series creator Tetsuya Nomura teased that the final part of the game includes something he's "always wanted to do in Kingdom Hearts".

Shadow of the Colossus sales outpace original

Shadow of the Colossus launched back in 2006 to critical acclaim, snatching awards left and right. The latest remake has received great reviews as well and is drop dead gorgeous, but with the game already having been remastered in 2011, there was some lingering skepticism over how the game will do in actual sales.

Capcom seem to have struck gold with Monster Hunter World, which is now officially the company's fastest selling title with 6 million copies shipped. The game managed to hit 5 million only three days after it launched on 26 January 2018, and with the PC launch later this year, Capcom are living the dream.

PS Plus free games for February

Gamers on tight budgets whose wallets may still be recovering from New Year's binges need not worry - Sony is throwing a bone their way this month as well. This month's selection of free games includes Knack, Rime and Grand Kingdom for PS4, Spelunker HD and Mugen Souls Z for PS3 while PS Vita users can treat themselves to Grand Kingdom and Exile's End.

Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to come out for consoles in October 2018. Trusted Reviews has published a memo they claim they received back in August 2017. The memo is full of as of yet unconfirmed information about the upcoming game.

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition's release date is coming up in early March. In order to ensure people can run the game smoothly on day one, Square Enix released a new benchmark tool.

Rockstar Games has finally committed to a release date for Red Dead Redemption 2 - October 26th, 2018. After several delays, the firm today announced that it will continue to polish the western adventure until later this year.

EA moves Anthem's release date to 2019

EA recently denied the rumours that Anthem was being delayed into 2019. The company then went and simply moved Anthem's release date because they didn't want it to clash with an upcoming Battlefield game. Bioware is still working of another Dragon Age title.

Capcom's Monster Hunter: World intends to carry on the tradition of event quests. The most recent game in the franchise will add a time requirement to its event quests. Monster Hunter: World's official page has shared the schedule for these quests.

Bioware is working on a new Dragon Age game

Mark Darrah, the executive producer of the Dragon Age franchise and Anthem, tweeted that both games are currently in development. The latter will be given a head start, said Darrah. We stil don't know if Anthem will sport EA's new microtransaction patent.

Monster Hunter: World barbecue in London

Capcom’s Monster Hunter: World will launch soon, so the developer decided to do something special to get the people talking. They've transformed London’s Flat Iron Square into a Monster Hunter Meat Shack that'll offer free food and beverages until 28 January.
