Microsoft recently hosted its second Xbox Partner Preview event, dedicating approximately 30 minutes to showcase upcoming third-party games for Xbox consoles and Windows PCs.
Regarding the announced games, Unknown 9: Awakening, a new gameplay trailer, was unveiled, teasing its release scheduled for this summer. Also, Sleight of Hand, a noir game featuring stealth gameplay, was announced by Joshua Boggs, creator of Framed.
Moreover, 11 Bit Studios announced a few new games, such as The Alters and Frostpunk 2.

- Unknown 9: Awakening: A new gameplay trailer for Unknown 9: Awakening was unveiled, teasing the game's release scheduled for this summer. This marks the latest update since its reveal four years ago during Gamescom Opening Night Live.
- Sleight of Hand: Framed creator Joshua Boggs announced his next project, Sleight of Hand, a noir game featuring stealth gameplay. Players control Lady Luck, a detective using dark magic to confront her former coven. Set for release on Xbox, PC, and Xbox Game Pass next year.

- Creatures of Ava: Another title from 11 Bit Studios, Creatures of Ava, was introduced as a nonviolent action-adventure game set in a world of monsters. Players control Vic, who uses a flute to tame infected creatures. Scheduled for release this year and available on Xbox and PC Game Pass.
- Griefville: Survive the Nightmare!: A limited-time Roblox experience featuring the iconic horror character Chucky was announced by RocketRide Games. Players prepare during the day and endure nightmarish portals at night, capturing the atmosphere of classic horror flicks.
- The Sinking City 2: Frogwares revealed the long-awaited sequel to The Sinking City, set for release next year. The survival horror game, powered by Unreal Engine 5, transports players to the 1920s United States.
- Final Fantasy 14: The full release of Final Fantasy 14 arrives on Xbox on March 21, following an open beta last month. The Series X version boasts 4K resolution, offering an immersive experience for Xbox fans.
- S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Remastered Trilogy: Remastered versions of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat were stealthily released for modern consoles under the title "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legends of the Zone Trilogy."
- Monster Jam Showdown: A new racing game featuring monster trucks, Monster Jam Showdown, is set to release this year, promising thrilling arcade off-road races.
