Frontier Foundry just served up a video showcasing the gameplay for its turn-based tactical RPG Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters. The game is slated for release in 2022 and is headed to PC.
Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters will see its players unite their chosen squad, shape their individual abilities with the help of a skill tree and customise each Knight. Resources gathered from the bloody battlefield will also serve to develop the Strike Cruiser, "The Baleful Edict", as the players travel from system to system, serving their purpose.

Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters
Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters is set across a number of evolving maps including crumbling gothic cathedrals and daemon-infested factorums and players will be able to use the destructible portions of the battlefield to their immediate advantage. Destroying plasma generators will flush the critters out of their hidey-holes and right under a collapsing pillar.
Players will be given the command of a squad of Grey Knights, humanity’s greatest weapon, destined to fight back the forces of Chaos. The Knights will serve their purpose in a turn-based RPG arena of Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters, developed by Complex Games.
October will bring even more information on the origin of the galactic threat, but for now, everyone can wishlist Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
