Epic Games Store's free to keep game promotion is continuing, although it contains three freebies this time around, as opposed to the usual two.

Epic Games Store users will be able to grab three free games on Tuesday, July 9, 2020. The games in question are Killing Floor 2, Lifeless Planet: Premier Edition and The Escapists 2.

All three games will be free to keep and EGS users will have exactly one week to claim them, before the next batch of freebies kicks in. The refresh will commence at 8:00 AM PT / 3:00 PM GMT.

Killing Floor 2 is probably the heavy hitter in the bunch as it has garnered the most attention of the years. This FPS from 2016 is all about shooting everything that comes at you and the players in your team and is somewhat similar to CoD's Zombies modes as a group of players survives waves of enemies who are attempting to rush them and upgrade their load-outs in the brief moments of peace and quiet.

It is important to note that the devs are still supporting the game and new content is still coming out so if you are interested in a game that heavily relies on a gameplay loop of high octane action, it might be a great addition to your library.

Lifeless Planet flew under many radars since its release but judging a book by its cover is not a particularly wise way to go through life, especially if the book costs nothing to acquire. It's a puzzle platformer in a bleak environment so it's a bit of a niche but it's worth a try.

The Escapists 2 is great for Prison Break fans, although you won't get to see Wentworth Miller's shirtless shots here. Even if something similar existed, it wouldn't matter because of the pixel art style chosen by the devs. The game enjoys a rather healthy 87 per cent positive review score on Steam so it's hard to see a reason not to snatch it.
