During their CES 2022 keynote, Nvidia revealed a brand new trailer for the post-apocalyptic third-person shooter The Day Before, which will utilise DLSS and ray-tracing. 

The Day Before, from developer FNTASTIC and publisher MYTONA, is launching on June 21, 2022, it was announced today during Nvidia CES 2022 keynote. Nvidia confirmed that the third-person shooter title will feature their RTX tech - DLSS and real-time ray tracing. 

To celebrate the release date reveal, FNTASTIC and Nvidia dropped an exclusive trailer, showcasing the visuals with ray-tracing and DLSS enabled.

If The Day Before reminds you of something, well, you're not the only one that notices the similarities to Ubisoft's The Division and PlayStation's The Last of Us. The game is set to feature a vast open-world with several regions including the mountain areas that you can see in the trailer but also urban city locations. 

The devs describe The Day Before as na new open-world MMO survival set in a deadly, post-pandemic America, that has been overrun by brain-hungry infected. Players play as one of the survivors and will have to loot for food, weapons, and cars while fighting against the horde of infected but also other survivors. 

The Day Before is officially confirmed for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The last-gen version is not in the works at the moment.
