Little Green Men Games have announced they will be celebrating the first anniversary of Starpoint Gemini Warlords by adding an update with bug fixes, localization, quality of life changes and a brand new but free ship - the Glycon.
Glycon is the name of this shiny new ship that will be free for the taking with the new update. This ship will be in the Battleship class and it's a bit more powerful than other battleships. Players can pick the Glycon up at one of the following four stations - Rotterdam Shipyard, Alexandria Military and Plymouth Shipyard for 26,25 million credits or Atlantean Military at a slightly higher price tag of 29,4 million credits. The ship can be seen in both the title image and the screenshot below.
Little Green Men have fixed a number of bugs as well and having an update without quality of life improvements nowadays is a rare sight.
The quality of life changes mostly revolve around minor stations. Players can now purchase these immediately after the update, but only neutral or friendly stations can be purchased. Station pricing has been changed, so military and research stations won't be priced the same but the prices will also be affected by the merchant perk now - the higher the perk level, the lower the price. Station prices will also be affected by the player's reputation and they can now be purchased directly through dialogue with an ambassador.
Localisation has been fixed for all Little Green Men games' store pages for Chinese, and even more so for Starpoint Gemini Warlords. The game has received localisation fixes for both Chinese and German in the following department - research, perks, skills, anomalies and equipment.

Chinese localisation was also fixed for game modes, freelance missions and all DLC content, while German localisation received fixes for headquarters construction, the game launcher and game modes.
