Riot Games just released two new characters for the new Teamfight Tactics Set 11 Inkborn Fables: Kobuko and Alune. Even though League of Legends players are already aware of Alune, the twin sister of Aphelios, Kobuko, on the other hand, is a never-before-seen character.
Both of these characters will be playable when patch 14.6 hits live servers, but PBE (Public Beta Environment) users, can play and test these characters out right now on their PBE accounts.
Whether these characters will join other Riot games like Legends of Runeterra, 2XKO, League of Legends, etc. has not been revealed yet, but one thing is for sure: Kobuko is more likely to be added since Alune is already tied to the League of Legends lore and is said to remain in a different realm.
Who is Kobuko?
The TFT team under Mortdog's leadership created Kokubo, the "piggy bank," a Yordle tank champion. As the developers didn't want to reprint Poppy for the umpteenth time, they decided to introduce Kobuko, the newest Yordle belonging to Fortune and Bruiser.

Kobuko's Lore
Kobuko is a Bandle City Yordle who travelled the globe multiple times and saw all the harshness and injustice the world had to offer. After having trouble dealing with all the negativity, he went and sought understanding in Ionia. He fell in love with Ionia and soon found his calling. He is now on a new mission to seek out others and help them find joy and value in life like he did.
Kobuko is a giant softie at heart. He likes to do whatever you want to do, even if it's outside his comfort zone. He is all things nice packed into a giant Yordle body.
Who is Alune?
Alune is going to be a playable character in TFT as a hard-hitting spellcaster. She has the power to obliterate entire rows and, at the same time, heal her allies.

Ability Lunar Barrage
Rain meteors through the row with the most total enemy health. Meteors deal magic damage split between all enemies hit. Deal magic damage to the current target. All enemies hit are 20% shredded for 6 seconds.
Grant 40% Attack Speed split amongst allies in Alune's row for 5 seconds.
Shred: Reduce Magic Resist
AP Meteor Damage: 400%/600%/960%
AP Target Damage: 160%/240%/385%
Alune's Lore
Alune is Aphelios's twin sister and resides in the Veiled Temple in the Spirit Realm. Alune is a devoted and mysterious individual, fiercely protective and caring towards her twin brother, Aphelios. Balancing her role as a seer of the moon with her dedication to guiding her brother, she holds deep reverence for her goddess, whom she calls Mother Moon.
