Owlcat Games announced they are releasing two pieces of free DLC for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, which is already chunky on its own.
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is a massive game that will easily take more than 100 hours in each playthrough and more importantly, the content is not filled to the brim by shallow quests. In our review, we called the game wide as the ocean and just as deep , noting that the massive scale and depth of the content put many AAA games to shame.
As such, it is well worth the price of admission but that did not stop the developers from rolling out two DLC packs that will cost you precisely zero money. You can pick these up through the Faces of War and Love Beyond Death DLC packs.
Faces of War adds more portraits as well as facial options to the game and the ability to zoom in during character creation, letting players inspect their newfound options closer.
Love Beyond Death adds a new quest during Chapter 5 that will send the players on a new adventure that will hopefully provide some more fresh content. That said, the massive changes in each alignment with different Mythic Paths already provide a fresh experience with each run but more variety is always a welcome addition. On top of that, it would just be rude to look a gift horse in the mouth.
Pathfinder: WotR is also on a discount for the time being as part of the Autumn Sale on Steam and we just can't recommend the game enough.
