Milestone and Dorna Sports S.L. announced the release date and more for the numerous platforms the game will be available on.

MotoGP 21 will be released on April 22, 2021, barring any delays. The game will be available on PC through both Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.

It will feature a new Managerial Career Mode that apparently includes the "smartest and advanced Neural AI" as well as real-life gameplay improvements that are supposed to enhance the simulation vibes so the players can immerse themselves further into the game. Considering the trailer and promotional materials having high realism fidelity, this statement may not be as far fetched as it usually is in the video gaming industry.

Managerial Career will also allow players to enjoy new features such as building the entire team and customising their bike to maximise the potential of their own skill on the track.

Some of the staff include the Personal Manager who is there to find the best possible contracts in the championship while the Chief Engineer will work to increase your Research Points, which can normally be earned through Free Practice session or on a weekly basis.

Hiring the right people will play a large part in succeeding in this mode, which is meant to take the game on step further in chasing the reality.
