The PC version of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered can now be played with a different camera view, thanks to the modding community.
The opportunity to experiment with mods and make the game look and feel entirely different is one of the advantages of the PC version of any game. Marvel's Spider-Man and Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales have been available for PC for some time, and the modding community is already doing their "thing" with those games.
There are already a large number of modifications available, particularly for the first game, and one that looks down on the game from an isometric perspective has been added to that list. This mod zooms out the action and adds a farther camera to look down on Spider-Man. When it comes to fighting, this is a significantly superior perspective, almost like playing a whole other Spider-Man game.
This mod is made by DovaMan24 and is available through Nexus Mods for everyone to try since it is completely free.
The process of creating this mod, as DovaMan24 highlighted, was completely spontaneous. They've been working on fixing issues for another mod and stumbled across this one by mere chance. They decided to create the mod, which quickly gained popularity in the modding community.
