Lara Croft could have had some very brutal endings in the Tomb Raider games, and she could also have a potentially violent end in Dead by Daylight. Players who want to test Lara’s survival skills can do it in the limited-time public test-build on Steam ahead of the Dead by Daylight: Tomb Raider Chapter official launch on July 16.
Namely, it has been confirmed that the famous grave robber will make her debut in an asymmetric horror game on July 16 of this year. That is, it has already debuted on the test server in the PC edition of Dead by Daylight.
In Dead by Daylight, Lara will join a group that tries to survive and escape the killer, and unlike the Tomb Raider games, she will not be able to use guns or other weapons here. However, Lara will have three unique perks with which to counter her opponent.
This is a rare appearance of Lara in the second game, but not the only one. Before this, she appeared in Fortnite and Call of Duty. The popular Dead by Daylight, on the other hand, has a long history of guest appearances - suffice it to say that actor Nicholas Cage is also one of those who survive in the game.
With her experiences and skillset, Lara Croft perfectly embodies the characteristics needed to survive in The Fog and is right at home in the world of Dead by Daylight alongside other iconic characters.
Though she may be well-prepared for the Trials ahead, in the Entity’s twisted world, the future is never promised.
