Helldivers 2 is getting new weapons again. Arrowhead Game Studios announced today that the Redacted Regiment Premium Warbond will release on January 20th, 2026.
The Warbond will grant players access to a handful of new stealth weapons and equipment, as well as more explosive alternatives. A couple new armor styles, cosmetics, and a tactical booster aimed at helping players stay unseen are also included.
Allowing players more agency over how they approach combat encounters is the common thread throughout the offerings. Whether you want to keep yourself hidden, trick your foes, or blow tons of explosives without setting foot on the battlefield, the Redacted Regiment Warbond has an option for you.
Weapons and stratagems
Players will gain access to two new primary weapons built for silent takedowns:
- R-72 Censor – a mid-range precision rifle with an integrated suppressor
- AR-59 Suppressor – a fully automatic suppressed assault rifle
As secondary ammo, the P-35 Re-Educator blasts enemies with chemical-filled darts that inflict a delirium effect on organic targets and malfunctions on mechanical foes.
Of course, if sneaking around isn't your thing, the Warbond has you covered for loudplayers as well. The B/MD C4 Pack straps six sticky explosives to your back that you can detonate remotely, allowing you to leave bombs just about everywhere for nasty ambushes or massive destruction. If remote detonation isn't your style, then grab yourself a TM-01 Lure Mine which baits targets towards sound and light sources before blowing up for crowd control.
Armour, capes, and tactical support
Two new armour sets arrive with Reduced Signature passive benefits:
- RS-89 Shadow Paragon light armour
- RS-67 Null Cipher medium armour
They both reduce noise and enemy detection range. They are perfect for scouting or stealthily getting past enemies. It also comes with new capes, player cards, Target Sighted victory pose, and the Concealed Insertion booster, which releases a smokescreen when you exit your Hellpod so you can sneak around undetected.
The Redacted Regiment Warbond costs Super Credits and requires the base game. It launches on January 20. You'll have lots to tinker around with if you're planning some sneak missions.
