As long as one teammate is still standing, the squad can reboot in Fortnite Reload. Reload is a 40-player game on a smaller map with familiar spots like Tilted Towers and Retail Row. If your entire team is eliminated, it’s Game Over! In Battle Royale and Zero Build, the last team standing wins.
In this Fill or No Fill Squads mode by Epic Games, going for aggressive moves can pay off since there's an automatic reboot nearby. If everyone else is down, the last player needs to stay alert because the team's survival hinges on them!
You can earn Victory Crowns in Reload just like in regular Battle Royale or Zero Build. When rebooted, you get a common Assault Rifle and (in Build mode) 100 wood. Eliminated players drop Small Shield Potions, medium ammo, light ammo, shotgun shells, and (in Build mode) 50 of each building material, along with their whole inventory.When Does Fortnite Reload go live?

How Does Locked and Reloaded Work?
- When a player is eliminated, their reboot timer starts immediately. They will reboot when the timer ends!
- Reboot timers start at 30 seconds and can increase to 40 seconds as the match progresses.
- Teammates can shorten reboot timers by 2 seconds for downing an enemy, 4 seconds for eliminating one, and 10 seconds for wiping out an entire squad.
- Downed players can choose to start their reboot timer right away instead of waiting to be revived.
- Near the end of the match, reboots will cease, so eliminated teammates won’t come back.
