Fortnite x Metallica is coming soon
According to reputed Fortnite leakers, ShiinaBR and Elbuffaloart Epic Games accidentally left a text in the files that says "Used in CH5S3 Metallica Concert," hinting at a possible Metallica concert coming to the game soon. The CH5S3 tagline suggests that the concert will be the next big event for the current Chapter 5 Season 3.
As Fortnite Festival has become a staple game mode in Fortnite, it is a possibility that Epic Games will add the iconic instruments used by the band members of Metallica as part of a new bundle. Moreover, we might end up seeing the band members being added to the game as skins like The Weeknd, Eminem and Lady Gaga.
Although the game files showed hints of the new concert, there has been no mention of a release date. However, considering the tagline, we can expect the concert to be a part of the Fortnite Festival or the end-of-season transition event that takes place before the downtime.
