Three Bethesda placeholders and a Fallout-style countdown timer have been found on Amazon by Twitter user Wario64. The placeholders are for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms and they include standard, deluxe and collector's editions.

After releasing Fallout 76 in November 2018, many would expect that Bethesda is done with Fallout games for at least a couple of years. Add Fallout 76 online multiplayer to that, its messy launch and it's hard to imagine that the publisher is planning to release another game from the post-apocalyptic franchise anytime soon.

Well, as much as this may surprise some players, it looks like Bethesda are actually working on another Fallout game. The leak to support this claim comes from Twitter user Wario64 who found Bethesda placeholders on Amazon with a Fallout-style countdown timer video.

The three placeholders are set for three platforms - PC, Xbox One and PlayStation and they currently have 31 December 2019 placeholder date. There are also standard, deluxe and collector's editions listed under every platform along with a $60 price tag which is, again, Amazon's placeholder info.

While there was no mention of Fallout on these placeholders, the countdown video is the piece that hints at a potential Fallout game. The timer is similar to those used by the publisher in previous Fallout titles which may suggest that Bethesda are planning some Fallout-related announcements in the near future.

Since Wario64 tweeted the screenshots and links to placeholders and countdown timer, Amazon were quick to delete both links but not before the material was spread all over Reddit and other social media.

Speculation has already started and some are suggesting that this could be a remake of Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas. Others joked that Bethesda are finally releasing a Fallout 76 Finished Edition

All in all, whatever Bethesda are working on, it better have more to offer than Fallout 76 which has been the subject of criticism from players ever since the launch.

Bethesda recently revealed some Fallout plans and a full , which showed that more events and quests are coming to the buggy hills of West Virginia.
