Starting tomorrow, 11 April at 2PM GMT you'll be able to download the Elder Scrolls Online for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Mac. The game will be free to play, up until 18 April at 2PM GMT, .
If you're going to play on your Xbox One, you'll need an Xbox Live Gold membership.
During the event, everyone will have access to the full The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited base game. The DLC packs will not be included.
Every account created for this event will get 500 Crowns to spend at the in-game Crown Store. As always, all characters and progress made, as well as items purchased will carry over into the full game if the player decides to make the purchase. Also, if you have participated in such events in the past, the characters you created then will also be available for play.
During the course of this event, the The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition, and Crown Packs will be available at a discount on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam , and The Elder Scrolls Online Store .
The in-game Crown Store will also offer the Crown Experience Scrolls and the Starter Pack at a discount.
The free to play week comes right on time to get the players excited for the upcoming Morrowind content pack, set to drop on 06 June. Morrowind will bring 30 hours of gameplay, a new class, a new PvP mode, and more.
The events from this content pack are set seven hundred years before the events of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The expansion is set to launch on 06 June for all platforms.
