CD Projekt Red unveiled the new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 and it's a mishmash of everything that expects players once the game launches this November.
Interestingly enough, CD Project Red revealed that the entire trailer comes merely from the prologue, so there will be much more to sift through once the game is here.
Cyberpunk 2077's trailer shows off all the six districts, along with the seventh one - the badlands, a Mad-Maxian desert area.
CDPR said that these dried up, hostile territories envelop the Night City and players can visit them freely, drive around or whatever. "As a player you'll be able to traverse and access a different type of open-world content that has been prepared specifically for you to get that awesome feel of badlands as an area", the dev said.
This is the turf of the Nomads though, so we reckon it won't be a walk in the park, but you probably know that already. They should be visible enough though, as they travel in convoys and maintain huge families.
Cyberpunk 2077 developer also explains the concept of ripperdocs, which are future versions of physicians...and mechanics. In short, they rip stuff off you, and put other stuff back in, fitting into the general body augmentation theme that's a cornerstone of the genre.
Some of the ripperdocs will be involved with the Cyberpunk 2077 story too, and there should be different types of them sprinkled across the in-game world.
CD Projekt Red are really firing on all cylinders here as they also announced a manga series coming out in 2022, but if you can't wait that long, no worries. Namely, Dark Horse will soon be publishing the first Cyberpunk 2077 comic Trauma Team International.
