CD Project Red have given a lengthy interview to PSX Extreme, a Polish magazine, where they shared some info on Cyberpunk 2077, including some about the Badlands, V's room, collectable items and Keanu Reeves being a great guy to work with.
Thankfully, a Reddit user going by a handle Arise92 has translated and arranged the most important points, and there are some nice nuggets of Cyberpunk 2077 information out there.
For starters, Badlands are just as the name suggests - a hostile place with minimal flora and fauna, so you better be armed and with someone if you're going out there.
Night City's outskirts are populated by Wraights and Aldecados, warring factions that aren't very friendly, although the latter are more likely to strike a deal with you.
Cyberpunk 2077's skill system is said to be huge and tailored to your specific playing style, with the level of your attributes opening new skill avenues by installing certain chips. Moreover, the higher your Street Cred, the more serious but deadly quests will be available.
If you've been looking to make your crib a slice of heaven in the sea of Cyberpunk 2077 grit, we've got bad news - CDPR are dead set on retaining that grit, so there will be no decorating.
In fact, V's apartment is quite important to the storyline, and with many meetings taking place in it, decorating it with fluffy puppies would likely make it look ridiculous.
"Loot is important and besides all your usual stuff for crafting, weapons and armour, there are collectable items to find. If you like looting, it might become handy to install special chips that'll help you find secret stuff. Of course the stuff you find is also upgradable. NPC's will also leave clues as to where loot can be hidden", Arise92 wrote.

Cyberpunk 2077 has a deep relationship system and lets you have multiple relationships, but animals are highly-priced commodity only for the richest, which is the only way you get to see pets.
As the story goes, between 2020 and 2077, a famous netrunner hacked the cyberspace, which prompted corporations to create the Blackwall, "which cuts off the hacked and dangerous cyberspace from rest of the infrastructure. Some netrunners tried to explore the deadly side of it, but none has returned."
Apparently, Keanu was breathtaking throughout, and he ended up remembering everyone's names at E3, despite having worked with them for only 15 days.
