Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 has managed to undo the sins of its predecessor. While Modern Warfare 2 was a complete mess, with Infinity Ward not paying any heed to player needs or adding innovations to the game, MW3 transcends that issue thanks to Sledgehammer Games.
Sledgehammer Games is the esteemed developer of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, World War II and Vanguard. They are well-known in the CoD community for adding new game innovations. In 2023, they took over the helm of Modern Warfare 3 from Infinity Ward, and it is safe to say the players like the changes.
Modern Warfare 3's New Juggermosh Game Mode
In Season 1 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Sledgehammer Games introduced two new game modes, Vortex and Cutthroat. Both game modes were applauded for being unique. With Season 2, players are getting five new game modes, including the brand-new Juggermosh game mode.
The Juggermosh game mode is a unique take on the Moshpit game mode with Juggernaut suits. If you were eager to try on a Juggernaut suit without going on a kill streak, now's the time. According to the devs, Juggermosh is a third-person game mode and the first of its kind in MW3.
Initially, Juggermosh will be available with three mode variations - Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint. Aside from the mayhem of Juggernaut suits, additional rules in the game mode will boost the chaos.
All players will display a health bar just underneath their gamer tags to show the condition of Juggernaut armor. If your armor plates get broken, you can easily replenish them from fallen opponents. Damage to the cranial area or head has been heavily buffed for the game mode, so hit your shots on target to take out other players.
One additional twist in this game mode is that by heading to the middle of the map, any player can get their hands on the OHK (One-hit-kill) melee weapon. With the deadliest weapon available in the game mode, you can one-shot any opponent at close-range engagements.
With this limited-time game mode, we are excited to see what Sledgehammer Games has in store for future seasons. It will be added to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 with the mid-season or Season 2 Reloaded update.
