Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone 2's new Vortex Death's Lair event are now live. The new event is available across all live-service titles in Call of Duty HQ.
By completing the event challenges, players can earn exclusive in-game rewards. The Vortex Death's Lair event will mark the end of Season 4. Players are now counting down the days until the arrival of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
Here's a look at all the challenges and rewards in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone 2's Vortex Death Lair event.
New Vortex Death’s Lair event challenges and rewards
The new Vortex Death's Lair event challenges and rewards are tied to each other. Each reward can be unlocked by completing a challenge in any one of the three game modes. Here are all the rewards and the associated challenges:
- Double XP Token
- Get 10 Operator Multikills (Multiplayer)
- Kill 2 enemies with a single shot 10 times (Zombies)
- In Warzone Battle Royale, get three Operator Kills using Assault Rifles (Warzone 2)
- Can’t Die, Must Party Emblem
- Get 40 Operator Kills with a Suppressed Weapon and the Hijacked IFF Strobe Perk Equipped (Multiplayer)
- Get 75 Kills with a Melee weapon while Aether Shroud is Active (Zombies)
- In Warzone Battle Royale, get three Operator Kills using SMGs (Warzone 2)
- Death at High Noon Charm
- Get five Operator Kills with an Extreme Magnification Scope Equipped on a Sniper (Multiplayer)
- Get 200 Critical Kills with a Scoped Sniper (Zombies)
- In Warzone Battle Royale, complete two Bounty Contracts (Warzone 2)
- See You Soon Weapon Sticker
- Get five Operator Double Kills with a Launcher (Multiplayer)
- Kill 15 Mimics (Zombies)
- In Warzone Plunder, get five Operator Kills using Sniper Rifles (Warzone 2)
- Double Weapon XP Token
- Get 20 Operator Backstab Kills with the Blacklight Flashlight Perk Equipped (Multiplayer)
- Get 200 Critical Kills with a Silenced SMG (Zombies)
- In Warzone Plunder, five Operator kills using Shotguns (Warzone 2)
- Battle Pass Tier Skip
- Get three Operator One Shot One Kills with a Shotgun in one life five times (Multiplayer)
- Get 200 One Shot, One Kills with a Pack-A-Punched Sniper (Zombies)
- In Warzone Battle Royale, complete two Most Wanted Contracts (Warzone 2)
- Put ‘Em Up Large Decal
- Perform 10 Operator Executions (Multiplayer)
- Get 10 consecutive Kills without taking damage 10 times with a Melee Weapon (Zombies)
- In Warzone Resurgence, get three Operator Kills using Battle Rifles (Warzone 2)
- Double Battle Pass XP Token
- Get 25 Operator Kills with Throwing Knives or Melee Weapons (Multiplayer)
- Get 120 Zombie Kills with Throwing Knives (Zombies)
- In Warzone Resurgence, get three Operator Kills using LMGs (Warzone 2)
- Four Horsemen, One Winner Calling Card
- Spot 20 Operators with the Tactical Camera or Recon Drone Field Upgrades (Multiplayer)
- Get 200 Kills with Jugger-Nog active (Zombies)
- In Warzone Resurgence, complete one Big Bounty Contract (Warzone 2)
The Vortex Death's Lair event will end on July 24, 2024, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. Players have until the end of Season 4 to claim all the rewards before they are lost forever.
