According to a report from Call of Duty insider RalphsValve, Infinity Ward have an exclusive PSVR2 experience for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
Players will be put in the boots of a Tier-1 Operator in this standalone mode, which is yet to be officially announced by Activision. The report states that the reveal could happen at the upcoming State of Play on June 2, where Sony plan to showcase PSVR 2 projects in development.
The details about this VR experience are pretty scarce. The report from the reliable insider does not reveal much, only that the mode would be free of charge and available to all PlayStation users.

If PSVR2 is indeed launching close to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, the rumoured VR experience could be a proper system seller for the device.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is set to launch on October 28, 2022, on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
