Artwork for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Season 5 has surfaced online via Reddit. The artwork features a new female operator reportedly named Kitsune.
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Season 4 should be ending sometime this month. The battle pass timer is set to expire mid-August, which could be the release date for the upcoming Season 5. Traditionally, with the new season, there are a ton of new content including new maps, weapons, battle pass and operators.
Activision are yet to reveal the official details and roadmap for Season 5 but thanks to the most recent leak from Reddit, we have the official artwork featuring one of the new operators.
According to leaked info on Reddit , Season 5 will be Japan-themed. The female operator, which you can see in the image above is named Kitsune and there are another two operators named Kingsley and Surge but these could also be codenames.
The leaker states that we'll get a new region for Outbreak that contains the Summit map. The region will be named Weather Station. The Summit map will also be coming standalone, meaning you'll get to play it in regular multiplayer modes.
Before you get all excited, the leaker stated that these will certainly be coming to the game, likely in Season 5 but if not, then they will probably arrive in Season 6.
The leaked artwork certainly looks legit but we suggest you take other info with a grain of salt, just like any rumour or unconfirmed report.
