Fans were disappointed to learn that Borderlands 3 wouldn't have pre-loads, as by Epic Games' founder and CEO, Tim Sweeney. As expected, this prompted the fans to go into a frenzy over the latest in line of features that are lacking from the store.
Technically, pre-loads were one of the recently added features on EGS but it was specifically Borderlands 3 that wouldn't have them according to the initial reports. The cited reason for this was that Gearbox's incoming blockbuster is a lot bigger than the other games that Epic handled so far.
Now it appears that the developers managed to come through and Borderlands 3 will have pre-loads after all. They will commence roughly for any respective region. In case you are wondering when the launch will be, you will find the times 2K Games provided for different time zones below.
