Bethesda have officially announced their E3 2019 showcase that will take place on 09 June 2019. The shared picture shows various characters from Doom, Fallout and The Elder Scrolls series but also hints at potential Starfield reveal.
World's biggest gaming expo is approaching fast and Bethesda have officially confirmed that their appearance on E3 will take place on 09 June 2019, 5:30 PM PT / 1:30 AM CET.
In their announcement post, Bethesda are starting to build the hype by promising that their show is going to be one "hell of a night" with in-depth looks at DOOM Eternal and much more.
A closer look at Doom Eternal was something that was expected as we already seen full gameplay reveal at QuakeCon 2018. However, Bethesda are yet to confirm the release date for the Doomslayer return and there's no better place to share it than E3.
The announcement comes along with a picture showing various characters from Doom, Fallout and The Elder Scrolls franchises. But what caught our eye was the starfield that forms BE3 hashtag. Of course, this is a clear hint at Bethesda's new IP Starfield that was only teased in a short trailer on E3 2018.
This could mean that Bethesda are finally ready to properly reveal their new sci-fi RPG after years of rumours and teases. However, don't expect too much as Todd Howard previously confirmed that Starfield is still several years away from the release.
In addition to stars and Doom demons, the picture also includes a dragon from The Elder Scrolls series which could suggest that more details about the sixth major instalment in the beloved franchise could be shared in just a couple of months.
Bethesda's slogan for E3 2019 is "Be Together" and according to the publisher, the plan is to invite their "biggest fans" to join them on their "biggest night of the year".
More details on how to register for a chance to attend the showcase will be revealed soon, along with the official invitations.
