Battlefield V Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes is set to receive its last update which brings final Chapter Event named Unstoppable Force and two Weekly Challenges. The update also adds a Rush mode that will be available on three maps.

After many requests by the Battlefield community, DICE and EA are finally reintroducing one of the most popular Battlefield game modes back to the series. If you ever played Battlefield: Bad Company 2 or Battlefield 3 you'll know just how fun, chaotic and intense Rush mode can be.

That why many players were left disappointed with the decision to exclude the mode from Battlefield V, but starting tomorrow - 07 March 2019, players will get to arm and destroy objectives on three maps -  Twisted Steel, Narvik, and Devastation.

Unfortunately, Rush mode won't come as a permanent addition. For reasons only known to them, DICE and EA are making Rush a limited time mode which will be available until 20 March 2019.

The Weekly Challenges will be tied to Rush, and they consist of several sub-tasks, leading up to a final challenge, which may grant you a special reward. Sub-tasks for Weekly Challenge #1 include playing Rush mode, killing enemies, arming or disarming four objectives in Rush, Frontlines, or Airborne, reviving teammates and calling in Sector Artillery or Smoke Barrage Reinforcements five times.

The first Weekly will run from 07 to 14 March 2019 and the reward for completing it is Mosquito FB Mk VI aircraft. Depending on the upgrades, the aircraft can become a proper anti-tank vehicle with cannons or you can mount rockets and bombs for a more traditional approach to increase the ground attack potential.

Sub-tasks for the second Weekly Challenge, which runs from 14 to 21 March 2019 include killing or assisting in killing five enemies, deploying smoke five times, scoring 2,500 points with any class, defusing objectives and dealing vehicle damage.

If you complete all these tasks the reward is Ju-88C airplane which can also be specialised as anti-tank vehicle. Those who prefer to target infantry can mount Butterfly Bombs which are useful in assisting friendly ground troops in taking and defending objectives or choke points, where enemies are well dug in.
