Nvidia officially announced that ray tracing technology will be enabled on GTX cards in the upcoming, April 2019 driver update. RTX will be supported on ten GTX cards, starting from Ge Force GTX 1060 6GB and all the way up to Titan cards.

Ubisoft released a new patch for Rainbow Six Siege. The patch includes fixes for some annoying issues that have been reported on the Test Server such as black screen when alt-tabbing and rappeling trough blocked windows on Outback map.

Epic Games responded to accusations that their store app is using users' Steam data without permission. The company commented in the Reddit post, saying that the information is collected only if you opt to import your Steam friends list.

Google have announced that Ubisoft and Doom creators id Software will join them on their keynote presentation at GDC 2019 where they plan to reveal their next big gaming-related project. Google's keynote is scheduled for 19 March 2019.
