Bungie's upcoming update for Destiny 2 is set to introduce some changes to Arbalest exotic, which is now entering the general exotic pool, meaning you won't be able to purchase anymore. On top of that, the patch brings few bug fixes.

Ubisoft partnered up with Genba Digital to bring some changes to digital key sales through third-party stores such as Fanatical and Games Republic. With silent key activation system Ubisoft will now automatically activate keys on Uplay.

Ghost Recon Wildlands players have found another hint in the game that points at a website with a date and time for some kind of reveal. The website includes a pending ESRB rating suggesting that this could be a new game and not a DLC.

Epic Games have released another update for Fortnite, and this time, it's a minor one. The patch only adds a couple of items including Shadow Bombs and new Prefabs. On top of that, Save the World mode gets a new assault rifle named Duet.

2K Games, the publisher of the upcoming looter shooter Borderlands 3 confirmed that the game will have cosmetic-only microtransactions that will not impact gameplay. Players will be able to spend real-world money on skins and customisation.

Fortnite creator Epic Games have officially announced the acquisition of Rocket League developer Psyonix for an undisclosed fee. The game will come to Epic Games Store in late 2019 and there are strong hints it will stop selling on Steam.

Valve officially revealed their VR Index kit which consists of a headset, two controllers and base station for a price of $1000. Valve's VR kit runs at 120Hz with an experimental 144Hz mode with dual 1440 x 1600 LCD displays for each eye.

Call of Duty Black Ops 4's much-anticipated update Operation Spectre Rising is now live on PlayStation 4 servers. The update adds new specialist Spectre, three new maps, major changes to Blackout map, new game modes and Zombies content.

Ubisoft's open world tactical shooter Ghost Recon Wildlands will be available for free download from 02 May to 05 May 2019 on all platforms. Players will have the chance to play two missions in brand new Operation Oracle narrative arc.

Microsoft have revealed the list of games that will join the Xbox Game Pass service in May 2019. A total of eight games will be introduced in the first half of the month and some of the bigger additions include Wolfenstein II and The Surge.
