Core of the Riddle is another puzzle in the chain for the Heart of Mystery and here is all you need to know to continue adventuring in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
Heart of Mystery solution lies in dealing with a series of puzzles that require you to locate a batch of slabs and then properly place them in their corresponding locations and positions.
Core of the Riddle itself is located west of Wintersun but the slabs required for the puzzle are located in the Ravaged Long House, which is to the southwest from the town.

When you reach the house, you will have two encounters with enemies that can drop your party members' levels in AoE so you will either need to be powerful enough to take them down quickly one by one, bring AoE crowd control or bring some artillery. The slabs are located in an underground chest, which can be reached through the basement or through the well outside but it requires an Athletics check with DC 29.
When you get the slabs, head to the Core of the Riddle. It's best to teleport back to Drezen, get rest and head out again. When you reach the location, enter the cave and you will see a puzzle similar to the one encountered in Conundrum Unsolved.
Place the outer slabs in the only position they fit and then go to the inner squares to align the "domino" slabs like it's shown in the picture below.
Once that's done, a door will open and you can loot the crates behind it to find a decent Starknife. If you're not using this weapon type, it's still nice to sell.
The good news is that you cleared this puzzle but if you want to Heart of Mystery, there are still more to be done.
