Medallions were introduced to Fortnite at the beginning of Chapter 5. The medallion is a perk-boosting token that can be claimed by defeating the Bosses on the map. Once equipped with these medallions, boost multiple stats and enable progressive health regeneration.
All Medallions available in Chapter 5 Season 3 belonged to the Ringmasters. Medallions were first complained about, but they quickly became a vital component of the meta. So, given the growing appeal and usefulness of medallions in Fortnite, Epic Games has decided to include new medallions in the Chapter 5 Season 4 update. Here's how to locate them on the current map.
All Medallion Locations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4
Epic Games added three new Fortnite medallions with the Chapter 5 Season 4 update. The boss medallions from Season 3 have been vaulted to make way for the new ones. Here's an overview of the new medallions and how to find them in Fortnite:
Reveal Medallion
Location: The Reveal Medallion can be obtained by eliminating Emma Frost at the Raft POI of the current map.
The reveal medallion reveals enemy player location once they step in the radius shown in the mini-map. The reveal medallion also detects players with the stealth medallion.
Siphon Medallion
Location: Siphon Medallion can be obtained by eliminating Doombot at the Doomstadt POI of the current map.
The player receives health replenishment after eliminating an opponent by equipping the Siphon Medallion. Aside from the medallion, Doombot drops a mythic weapon after getting eliminated.
Stealth Medallion
Location: The Stealth Medallion can be obtained by eliminating Mysterio, at the Doomstadt POI of the current map.
The stealth medallion gives you the power of invisibility once you crouch. However, a player with the reveal medallion will be able to see you even if you remain hidden.
While the medallions in Season 1 granted players shield regeneration abilities, the medallions in Season 4 will not feature any healing capabilities. However, picking up a medallion will reveal your location on the map as usual. Stacking up the medallions will not add benefits in Chapter 5 Season 4.
